How I Got Here

I was born in Madagascar, grew up in France, and have been living in Ireland since the mid-2000s. My first computer was a ZX 81. I've interned on an IBM AS/400, built machine translation at Amazon, and scaled services at Microsoft. 25+ years of building things, no limits on curiosity.

What Interests Me

Everything. Paul Valéry was right. I grew up on classical literature, poetry, and science fiction. I devoured the Dragon Book about compilers. My latest craze is LitRPG. I admire Knuth and Alan Kay as much as Bruce Lee and Swyx. I'm also a dad of two amazing humans. We share our passions and a common gamer culture.

La Voie Du Code

La Voie Du Code, "The Way of Code," was born from the same spirit as Miyamoto Musashi's philosophy: mastery through relentless practice.

I love being the worst at something and working my way towards mastery. My mission is to share knowledge freely, especially with people in Madagascar. I am genuinely humbled by all the amazing people who share their hard-earned knowledge, and my goal is to do the same.

This site is also my portfolio, but I'm not selling anything here. Everything under voieduco.de stays ad-free and entirely devoted to my Cahiers.
